Making Every Moment Matter

Time has a funny way of slipping through our fingers. One minute it's Monday morning, and the next thing you know, you're wondering how it's already the weekend again. We talk about "making time" for things, but deep down, we know we don't actually make time — we spend it. And like any limited resource, how we spend it shapes the kind of life we're living.

The challenge is, most of us don't think about time until we feel like we're running out of it. We fill our days with good intentions, packed schedule, and just enough distraction to keep us from asking bigger questions. Are we living with purpose? Are we investing in what really matters? Or are we just getting through the day, hoping we'll get to the meaningful stuff eventually?

This isn't about cramming more into your calendar or becoming ultra-productive. It's about perspective. When we begin to see our time through the lens of eternity, everything shifts. Moments that felt small suddenly carry weight. Conversations feel more significant. Even interruptions start to look a little different.

The truth is, a meaningful life isn't built in some distant future "someday." It's shaped in the ordinary, often overlooked moments we're living right now. And those moments — yes, even the inconvenient, messy, unplanned ones — are where purpose takes root.

This week's devotional invites you into a different way of living. Not rushed, not distracted, but intentional. It's an opportunity to slow down just enough to notice what really matters — and start living like it does.
