Harvest Internship
The Harvest Internship is designed to engage, encourage, empower, and equip a new generation of leaders to love well, lead with integrity, and live with purpose — in the Church, the marketplace, and their everyday lives. This program is more than just training; it's an intentional investment in spiritual growth, personal development, and practical leadership experience. Built around three core experiences, the internship provides intentional learning environments, personalized coaching, and hands-on ministry opportunities.
Classroom Sessions
Weekly leadership and ministry training led by Harvest staff and leaders.
Topics include: spiritual formation, leadership, communication, church operations, and more.

One-on-One Coaching
Personalized coaching designed to help you grow as a leader and follower of Jesus. Includes a a guided book study and real-life leadership conversations.

Hands-On Ministry Experience
Serve 4–6 hours per week in a ministry area at Harvest Church. This is real ministry, real people and real responsibility.

Who is this for?
This internship is targeted toward high school and college students who:
