What The Harvest Internship is a training ground where young leaders step into their calling, whether that's within Harvest, the broader Church, or the marketplace.
Why We believe the local church should be filled with leaders who don't just serve a mission but embody it. Developing leaders from within is the key to sustaining a thriving, impactful church for generations to come. Luke 10:2 says, "The harvest if plentiful, but the workers are few." We will raise them up and We will send them out.
How We do this by creating a pipeline. This internship is an experience that shapes leaders spiritually, relationally, and practically. Through intentional discipleship, hands-on ministry experience, and a deep dive into what it means to lead with excellence, we ensure every intern carries the DNA, values, and mission of Harvest Church.
