What is Dinner for Eight?

Dinner for Eight is a once-a-month dinner group that's all about connect without the pressure. Groups meet in homes, hang out around a table, and get to know each other in a way that feels natural and unforced. It's a great fit for people who aren't ready to jump into a weekly group or aren't sure where they belong yet—no spotlight, no expectations, just real people show up as the are.

Over five months, each group shares a simple journey that starts with a vision night at Harvest and continues with four monthly dinners centered on Harvest's Core Values. Conversations range from meaningful to lighthearted, and relationships form without anyone trying to force them. Dinner for Eight is relaxed, a little imperfect, and exactly the kind of space where community tends to happen when you're not trying too hard.

Become a Host

Being a Dinner for Eight host is less about having a perfect house and more about creating a warm, relaxed space where people can show up as themselves. You help set the tone, keep the conversation moving, and roll with whatever the night brings. If you enjoy creating space for connection and don't mind a little beautiful chaos, hosting might be a great fit.

Before it all begins, we'll make sure you're ready. Host training will give you the vision, simple expectations, and practical tools you need to feel confident. We'll walk through what each month looks like, how to guide conversation naturally, and how to host in a way that feels like you.
