You're invited!

6:30 pm @ Harvest Church

TUESDAYS

This event is free, and so is childcare, but we need to know how much food to prepare and how many childcare workers to schedule.

What is Alpha?

It's a series of dinner events exploring the basics of the Christian faith. Alpha helps create a space for honest conversation around some of life’s biggest questions. It is designed to provide guests with an opportunity to connect with one another while opening a safe space to share thoughts, ideas, and opinions in a caring environment. Alpha helps bring people together while offering a chance to encounter Jesus along the journey.

What happens at Alpha?

Most sessions start with food, because it’s a great way to connect and get to know everyone there.

The talks explore the basics of the Christian faith and are designed to inspire conversation.

You can share your thoughts and ideas on the session’s topic, ask questions about anything else, or just listen.

Every Alpha event is unique, but generally, Alpha nights have three things in common:

Who can attend?

Anyone with any background, high-school aged or older. You do not have to be a Christian. You do not have to attend Harvest Church, or any church for that matter. It's also OK if you do attend a different church. You will not be pressured to speak or participate. This is a safe space to listen, ask questions, and share your perspective. Your choice. Your pace.

Why should I go?

  • Make new friends

  • Eat good food

  • Have fun conversations (or just listen to them)
